Who does AV Strategy, Inc service?
Our clients are those that coordinate and stage meetings & events for their clients. In-House Hotel AV Departments and Event Staging Companies are a few examples of those clients.

Does AV Strategy, Inc provide Labor Services for set-up and operation?
We do not provide Labor Services of any kind. We only provide AV Equipment Rentals. Providing labor for set-up and operation would put us in direct competition with our clients and that does not support our business goals. Our business model is designed to position us as a true partner to our target clients.

Does AV Strategy, Inc offer delivery & pickup?
Yes. We offer delivery and pickup in Florida. Delivery and pickup outside of Orlando does need to be scheduled in advance. Applicable charges will apply accordingly and will be quoted prior to delivery.

What forms of payment does AV Strategy, Inc accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Payment terms of Net 30 are available, but must be applied for when setting up your account.
